I’ve been experiencing lower back pain for the last two years. I’ve been to quite a few doctors and physiotherapists and have not seen any results. 10 years of battling with severe lower back pain, endless sessions with the various practitioners, wrong advice, return visits, boxes of anti inflammatory. Until I came to Dr Kruger at Balance.co.za. Friendly staff was kind enough to fit me in almost immediately, I hobbled in hunched over battling to walk and straighten up, after a consultation with detailed explanation of my issue and the cause, followed by some X-rays to confirm the underlying issue and readjustment, I was upright and immediate release of the pain. Now that Dr Kruger explained the root cause and long term repercussion it was a conscious decision to improve my lifestyle and focus on the strengthening the weak areas with the support of Dr Kruger and his team at Balance. So good to have an honest opinion and hear it as it is rather than just being told to keep coming back and “should” get better.
