I make use of this Kauai literally almost each and every day. I have never had any issues, they always welcome me with kindness and they are very professional. The food quality is excellent, and the delivery driver they have is a super nice guy.

I have never been so disappointed with an order I was really looking forward to like I was yesterday. Firstly this order was delayed. We ordered around 1:30 and got the order after 3pm. I ordered the protein egg pot. My choice of egg was a pouched egg medium. Theres is no choice of boiled egg on the menu but guess what I received! A hard boiled egg cut into big chunks. The free range sausage was missing. Like there was not even a small piece of sausage or even the smell of a sausage My second item was the Asian rainbow bowl. This was better because the chicken was really good however, the broccoli was yellow and the pickled ginger was also missing. I tried to call the restaurant after I received my order, the number on the website doesnt exist!!! Kuai Bryanston - do better!!!email sent

Left something important out of the salted caramel smoothie all it tasted like was banana and a very little hint of almond there was no salt and no caramel. It did not taste like any other salted caramel smoothie it did not even look the same. The peanut butter bomb was also lacking in taste that we get from other kauais

Great food, amazing smoothies, good service.Straws suck campaign is incredible! I would just like to see an alternative option, maybe offer paper straws? Sell bamboo, stainless steel or glass straws!

Every single time I order Kauai Bryanston through mr D the order is wrong. Every single time!!! Ive actually just stopped ordering. Oh and it takes up to 2 hours sometimes to get the order.

More than 15minutes for a spicy burrito... Perhaps its bcoz its new on the menu but hmmmm... I guess its not a pick and go kinda thing... Ordered steak with mine, wasnt asked how l like my steak, l guess its a surprise or maybe it comes standard.

Very disappointed with the service! I waited for 3 orders before I wrote this review but really the service is far too slow now at Kauai Bryanston. The lady said because they have uber eats now their service is slow. Especially when you order for seat down it means for them that you can wait the whole day cause you are seating down. 😠😡Then I ordered a wrap for my child removing pepper, spring onion and jalapeño the lady took my order then added chili sauce and I told her it was for a child. She could have told me that they have a child menu, which I did not know about ... Kauai must teach their people to honk forward ... and consider all clients as equal... uber eats can’t wait but clients in front of you is taken from granted...Oh then I also ordered a smoothie which took forever to be served... I waited for 30min to find out the smoothie was waited their melted I saw it then when I told the lady in the till it was mine she said no it was a another client... no one never came to take it... they had to make another one. Anyway I don’t like to write bad reviews but I hope this can help you to improve your service.
