Clicks Westgate poor service ,Ive went to ask at the pharmacy about what should I bring if the clinic sent me to buy supplement,the black guy who was working refused to answer my questions just because dont have a ticket he insisted I shoulds ask other customers where did they get the tickets,I said am asking you not them He the one whose working at clicks but insisted that must ask them,they found me on the queue , remember is my first time at the pharmacy and did not recognise the machines and we used to buy in other provinces they dont use the machine numbers,after when I went with the ticket he say I should have brought the clinic card he wont be able to help,had to queue the line for nothing , something i wanted to avoid doing if he would have just answered my question,,,,from now will try other pharmacy no more Clicks was so emotional wanted to give him peace of my mind😥

One of the worst clicks to go to. They claim your chronic meds from your medical aid early and when you eventually get there to collect your meds the packet is never made up. I waited there for 45 minutes today and never reached the counter. Only two pharmical assistants available. Where were the other staff.

Sister Prudence on duty, is ignoring the patient and busy with personal calls. Can this be rectified as it gives bad customer service. we are talking a childs health. and we would all like to be on holiday. She could have just applied for leave and be back after the festive holidays

It has always been good until I met Wendy the cashier... So, I wanted to use MY points of R66.00, she suggested I dont use them and I told her I want to.. She then assumed if Im broke and trying to balance, how can you really ask me that about my own points? Arg!

I normally shop at dischem. Not sure about the service here.

Good day, kindly review and update your store times. It is shown that the store closes at 6:30pm but this is not so as we walked to the store only to find that it had closed at 6:00pm.

Took too long on the queue. Only 1 assistant available on the till, the rest are chatting and making jokes about the long queues
