My sister and I went to get our nails done, they never sanitized anything once, the lady who helped me made my fingers bleed repeatedly and she ignored what I asked when I asked for short nails and made it very long (I asked repeatedly for my nails to be made shorter) they charged extra for using a glitter acrylic. I will never go back. After paying R490 for this service!!

Good customer service however poor quality nails, in just 5 days nails are falling off already(no hard labor done) . And they have limited color options

After being disappointed by another nail bar, I walked in to dream nails as i wanted my nails done for my return to work.They accommodated me no problem and Im very happy with the service and friendly nail technician

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Decor is a bit tired and worn but the service is good.

Worst service ever i dont think i will ever go back there, no precision at all wasted my money i thought i go back to support but its not worth my money i spend there,no proffesionalism at all i was so frustrated with my nails when i got home everytime i sit and do them over at my own leisure. Staff that moan in tbeir language thinking that peopme do t understand what they saying. Bad experience never going there again🤔

Probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Horrible professional behaviour, after lodging my complaint of lifting nails ONE WEEK after getting them done, I was told my complaint would only be valid 48 hours after I had them done and that it was probably normal regrowth. Shocking.
