My doctor had a telephone consultation with me, and emailed me a script and a Covid test form. The woman behind the counter treated me like a criminal, refusing to accept my Clicks card before I showed her my medical aid card and refused to fill my script. It took 45 minutes, tears of desperation and shouting before they eventually gave me my medicine. It was horrible. Never going back.

Always busy during lunch hours and only one or 2 staff at the tills. Besides that, i dont have any other comments.

Dont sell the full range of dairy free and almond milks which was disappointing and each time I go to the pharmacy, it can be over 1 hour

Clicks pharmacy is such an amazing place to visit and get subscribed and unsubscribe d medicine. It was really fresh environment and very clean place. The Staff of this place is really well behaved very clean and helpful too. You can get everything on good prices related to cosmetics.

I usually get good service when i am just buying their products. However the pharmacy section is poorly managed as people tend to wait from 20 to slightly more than an hour! This is a constant thing. It is not acceptable!

Worse clicks ever. Pharmacy have 5 staff on the floor but only 2 servings customers. Always have to Q for 20 to 30 minutes. I can’t wait for my repeat proscription to expire so I can move to better service. Worse thing is the prescription drop off and pick up is not used in this store 😖

Phamarmists there dont seem to know much about Schedule 6 medication. I get told different things everytime I bring my refill prescription.Pretty annoying , I always regret even considering getting my medication there.

I have never had the fortune of getting at least 3 pharmacists. Theres always one pharmacist at prescriptions and one at self medication. You wait for almost an hour in a queue to get your prescription 😒👎👎

Mabetji Tefo unhelpfull and throws her weight of being a manager when others try to assist. She was on duty when i stood first que and had to spend over two hours at the phamarcy and she cleary has no regard for human health.

Avoid this Clicks if you can. Horrible service and very long queues make shopping there awful! Theres also only ever one till open at any given time of the day. Also, it always hot in that shop. Terrible every step of the way. Avoid like the plaque!

How can 1 person work at the pharmacy all the time, everytime i go there i have to wait 30 min or more before i can get the assitance i need!
