Absolutely disgusting vaccine service! Waited for an hour and a half with 2 people Infront of me on Friday and nobody moved, only later on did someone come and apologize for the delay and didnt tell us what it was, when I asked her, she said there were 6 people on the other side- walk ins. I booked an appointment a week before- arrived before any of them and they got served before us. If I make an appointment between a certain time and certain time, I dont expect to wait an hour and a half-2 hour for some half-asleep lady to come apologize for your incompetence and slowness. Two of us got up and left, now my medical aid has paid for something I never got, will never walk into your shop again and will make sure nobody else gets their shot done there

Pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. They dont answer their phones, you cannot order medication or get information from them. Definitely not health care providers! You would die waiting on the phone !!

Had horrible service today we were told a product is out of stock later to find it packed in our plastic both pills the alternative she gave us and the one that was said is out of stock.I know it clearly doesnt matter to you but every cent counts the lady in the phamarcy was very rude have your bad day but do not put things that customers did not oder

Disgusting Clicks as a whole. Unmotivated staff, lack of products on the shelves, slow, tedious actually.Staff unwilling to help, not caring. Terrible.

The makeup advisor did not seem knowledgeable about the products being sold and was not that keen to offer and real advise

Long queues at dispensary with 1-2 people at the counters. Waiting times are around 30-40 minutes.

Clicks Fourways crossing although being a Smaller clicks is well stocked with adequate and close parking for those in a rush.The dispensary is the outstanding feature of this store and the reason for my five star rating. The staff are absolutely world class. They are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. It is almost like dealing with your local pharmacy of yesteryear.They are happy to go the extra mile to help and even when you need to phone them they are prompt to answer the phone and are willing to assist to the best of their abilities.Sometimes they need to order medication but the process is quick and you are advised by sms as soon as your medicine arrives.I would rather drive the extra mile to go to this pharmacy as it outshines all the others in the area.Pharmacy Management of this store can truly be proud of their service ethos.
