Lots of staff walking around but were unable to assist me in the tools department. Had to wait around for 10 minutes to get help and he was not clued up in the products

Easy accessible store with helpful staff.The aisles are wide and suitable for wheelchairs and mobility devices. The store also has an accessible bathroom.

It was not too busy and got the essentials I needed.Just there arent much staff in the store floor close to assist, thankfully another customer was kind enough to assist methe nursery area always has a variety of seedlings and colorful flowers to choose from 👌

Generally its really difficult to find anyone to assist you, it seems like the staff is non existent. However this time thanks to a great guy that works in the Dulux department my shopping experience was good and I was not shopping for paint.I will however think twice to shop here, help is scare.

Service received this afternoon was non existant - one cashier on duty - simply unacceptable - security lady at the back of shop for concrete collection was missing from post and displayed a couldnt care less attitude when located - So sad the service levels are dropping

Great hardware store, was looking for a fire extinguisher, first i went to Cashbuilders but i couldnt find anything....then i walk over to Builders thats were i end my shopping....great products affordable. You can not afford cozy you cant afford not to.

I left my spectacles on a box towards the back of the store, and only realized when I got home. Called them and asked them to please go and check, the lady said to call back in 10 minutes. I decided to rather go back to the store, and there they were exactly where I left them. They didnt even bother to go look for them. When I went back to the info counter, and I spoke to her, she just looked at me. Not impressed

Quick and super service

Builders warehouse should rather stick to being a hardware and leave online sales to takealot. There stocl available online and instore pick up never works as they do not know what is going on in their stores. I honeslty hate buying anything online when the stores cant even find the products listed on their systems or in stock as claimed on the website...

Bought 1 item online.. Went to collect. Waited so long. Offered to go collect myself from shop and the lady said no i camt must just wait and then walked off.

Basic hardware for homeowners. Not cheap either, but sometimes good specials. As with all Builders Warehouse, staff avoid you and not very helpful.

As for GAS refills dont try them they always dont have gas,other than that their service is not bad.

Good day everyone, so I went to builders today with my service dog (I have a few health problems my dog helps with). They refused to let my dog enter with me unless I am able to provide them with a letter from a medical personnel stating that I need a service dog and why I would need it. My dog had her vest and ID tag on that showed she was indeed a service dog.I honestly feel like this is unfair and really cruel due to the fact that if anything happened to me and people does know what of my equipment I needed or what was happening I could have died.

Extremely slow service! Waitier for 30min in the queue, and I didnt even move. Endless issues with slow tellers, and unhelpful loading staff at dispatch. Understaffed, and plain useless

I asked a sales person for help.He told me that the guy that can help is coming that never came.

Shelf pricing is often incorrect. Expect to pay more at checkout. Fix that along with keeping your stock levels on par and it will be a decent experience. Until then, 3 stars.

I have been shopping from this Builders since I moved into the area in 2016.They returned my kindness all the time. I am always greeted with a smile, they are efficient and if they cant help they will find someone who can assist me. The tellers make small talk with my kids so my kids always want to go there too because of the environment. Thank you Dakalo and Former staff member John for being such gems. Its refreshing to receive such good service and honest advice. Think its time to visit nursery again 😊

Got what we needed, but checkout queue was long and not enough manned till points. Not what you expect from the word express....

Their prices more expensive than Leroy Merlin. Last discussion I had with the manager about their prices she said if I bring proof of a lesser price at Leroy Merlin they will lower their price to meet Leroy Merlin. That didnt help me a lot

Struggled to find what I was looking for then had to walk around to find someone for help. Wont go back in a hurry Im afraid.
