Bought a cylinder lock last week, the lock was defective, took it back to check it out,was told the boss was out for lunch. Waited for over an hour and had to leave without any assistance as the boss had still not arrived

This hardware store has been around for so many years and always served the community well by offering reasonable prices and great advice.I needed a small lock for my uncles front gate and i rushed through traffic to get to the hardware store. I was not aware that they close at 5pm and i pitched up at 6pm. The uncle gladly opened up and assited me with a smile.May Allah grant this store many more years of success inshallah ameen.Support local businesses and services!

Have to share a rude experience with the owner that went off at a tangent when I tried to be of assistance to two school kids. No idea what set him off, but he maintained that only he could talk to his customers (sic). Maybe he was threatened that he was charging them R190 for 7 small project bulbs and 5 holders -Which he promptly brought down to R140 out of guilt, when he realised that he was ripping them off on the price. Anyway, there are some traders that do not know of customer services and are misdirected...not a customer there anymore, fortunately there are other providers of similar services that I can opt for.

The store exceptionally well managed and staffed. My experience there was a pleasure as i received not only what I was looking for but advice on how to approach the dilemma i was facing.
