This box has all the equipment and coaches necessary to WOD like a professional athlete. Dropped in and immediately felt that family vibe. I took a 30 min uber and would do it again during my next visit to Jburg. Chekky spot with some cool people.

NCC is an excellent CrossFit box with top coaches, a well stocked gym and cleverly planned WODs. It offers regulary CrossFit WODs, a strongman class on Fridays, CrossFit kids and personal training. Certain classes may be a bit cramped occasionally.
