Wow, F45 Rosebank is the most AMAZING training experience!!! I can’t recommend it enough. Not only is the studio itself so beautiful, with natural lighting, safe parking, great shower facilities and state of the art equipment but the workouts are everything I have been looking for. They are challenging, constantly changing so you never get bored and so much fun all at the same time and the energetic and experienced trainers make all the difference.The community based training has made me so much more motivated and training has become a highlight in my day. This is a great and fun form of exercise! An amazing variety of circuits ensuring that you never get a boring workout. If youre looking for a proper sweat sesh then this is a great option! Coaches are super helpful and everyone is super friendly.
