I shop here frequently, and most of the staff is friendly and very helpful, just had an unpleasant episode with the trolley guy who said their trolleys are not allowed to go past the entrance, and I had to carry my groceries on my own, i was parked less than 50m away and was not feeling well enough to carry it on my own. Ive seen the same man help people with their trolleys way beyond this point. really disappointed in such hypocrisy. I hope whoever is in charge here can rectify this.

The store itself is pretty good, with always helpful and friendly staff. The 1 star is because the area outside this store is filthy, reeks of urine and overrun with drunken car guards that harass patrons. Store management should consider banding together with the other stores around them and hire security and cleaners ensure that patrons feel safe and have a clean environment.

Excellent friendly and fast service, consistently high-quality and ultra fresh produce on offer. Check-out lines are well managed by highly efficient and approachable staff. So you can usually expect to wait in line before you pay no longer than 3-4 minutes.

You can get everything you need here, sometimes low on fresh flowers. Helpful and friendly staff. The only thing that I dont like: all the informal vendors outside the shop, and there is always a crowd, that tend to harass one, and the car park guys, some of them intoxicated, swarming one. I have learned to park opposite the street at the Spar centre, it helps.

A convenient store for your daily and weekly food and beverage needs. Parking is a problem and the continuous harrasmemt from vagrants and illegal vendors does make one feel unsafe.I no longer support this location.

Its a small Woolworths outlet so variety is not so great. Convenient for a quick stop with plenty of parking. Does not have a Bakery and limited bread selection. Aisles are easy to navigate. Had a very friendly cashier that brought a smile to my face. Pity he did not have a nametag or I didnt ask his name.

The guys on the street harass you on going in and out and make this place inaccessible!

I like the size of the store. Before you know it, you have finished your shopping and youre out.

The staff is always friendly but the one annoying thing is whenever one needs barbecue chicken one has to drive to Norwood mall because for some reason Woolworths grant street decided we prefer salt and pepper so they dont keep barbecue sad.
