Despite its enormous size, there were plenty of assistants on hand to help me find what I was looking for. There were a lot of checkout tills and I didnt have to wait to pay.All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Great Spar. They have a lot of variety. They also have a designated section for gluten free items, sugar free items and some vegan options.

As I grew up in Sandringham and lived there from the time I was born until age 12 the suburb holds wonderful memories for meI remember going to shop at Sandringham Spar as a small child and although the store has been refurbished several times since then the atmosphere hasnt changedSandringham Spar is still the warm family-orientated place it always was and its a pleasure for me to shop there

With own 5L bottle water is R6.They found my keys and contacted me. Very greatful.

Spar Sandringham, is a wonderful supermarket. It has a wide range of products.The staff are very friendly. The checkout points are fast and efficient. I recommend that everyone gos and shops at Spar

Lovely place to shop. The bakery really had fresh confectionery. I really loved it.

I dont often complain but what happened this weekend is totally unacceptable. First I bought a packet of perogen the was marked meat . not only was there no meat in them but it tasted like cheese with our meat meal. Secondly I bought fried snoek which was inedible because every bite was a bite of bones. I spent the meal spitting out bones this was totally disgusting

I generally always go to Sandringham Spar,But after three encounters during the last two weeks I sadly am going to start shopping else where ..The first incident,They accused my mom of stealing once she has left the shop gotten to the car and realized she had paid for items and then not gotten them although pointing out to the cashier that she had left things on the counter but did not want to make a big deal until she had exited the shop and checked if the cashier had packed all the items the owner was then disgraceful refusing to check the cameras and telling my mom she is trying to steal ..Might I add a few days later, I decided to give them another chance, to have an elderly man who works there sitting on the fridge where the Fresh fruits and vegetables are while I am trying to shop,I personally find that very unhygienic and unethical as it is a food store ..I decided to give them a last chance,And go back again today ..The ladies at the front were wearing their masks around their necks and standing right on top of one another talking,When it came to checking my temperature and I had a temperature of 36 degrees ( very normal! ) they had to run around to check whether or not it was normal or not ..I am very ashamed at the lack of respect and knowledge of the staff and owner of spar ,And unfortunately I will no longer be returning ..

Quite disappointed with the management in the kosher section, bought some fish for pesach which was inedible, when i returned it was made to feel like a common liar , customers should not be treated like this

What a great spar. It was my first time there, expected something very different but I was pleasantly surprised. So many different items on the shelf that I have seen anywhere. Great cooked food section, nice fresh meat section and really friendly staff

The staff is ALWAYS friendly, willing to help and efficient. I prefer Spar Sandringham to their competitors.

Best Spar in Gauteng, without question.One never has to wait in a queue, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The management team are always willing to help customers. You dont shop at Spar Sandringham you have a pleasant outing. This Spar should offer teller training to other retailers in the area. Love and thank you all for a pleasant shopping experience.

Quick, efficient and very pleasant. The great news is they told me I could just phone in my order for gas and they would deliver. I am 74 years old. Nice to know I dont have to shlep 19kg tanks anymore.

Too much to mention could that could help to improve it ie service can be slow at times. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Very expensive though! Parking is absolutely dreadful!! Needs to be thought through properly and upgraded drastically. Go here only if I absolutely have to/need to/must!!!

Very condensed. Narrow isles.Not good if youre the claustrophobic type.This Spar caters more specifically to the Jewish native and many a kosher product may be found here.Tad pricier than other Spars Ive been to.Otherwise alright.

Usually manage to find what Im looking for. Staff are obliging. Stuff is fresh.

Grocery aisles too narrow and cramped. It was far better in the other layout. Not enough space for 2 trolleys to pass each other. A lot of effort to shop there, basics like sweeteners, shaving creams etc are locked up. I like to choose what I want, not for the till packer to bring the wrong thing 3x ... Meh... I would rather go elsewhwere ...
