Wonderful little Woolworths with all the essentials! One of my favourites because its one of the few branches I can find my favourite Cotton Candy Green Grapes at and its right around the corner from home!

Convenient and has good stock varieties and quantities. Queues at checkout needs improvement. Also the promotions are often not properly reflected and loaded so leads to issues at checkout

Store is usually well stocked but by Sunday late afternoon, stock levels are depleted. Queue took long on Sunday at 4pm. Only 3 cashiers.

Always fully packed and stocked. Usually atleast 3 tills always open so the queue tends to move quickly. Otherwise its pretty much what you can expect from Woolworths.

Watch out for specials, we got coffee beans, buy 2 and save. So on that day we bought 4 and saved R500.00

I am giving them just this 1 star because theres a lot they have to improve on their services and how they treat their customers. Overall I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I really like this Woolworths. Its a medium size store, and the fresh foods are particularly well displayed and stored. It also has some of the luxury items that the smaller Ww store near me does not usually stock. The staff are pleasant and efficient.

Dear WoolworthsI have been a loyal client and always only shop at Woolworths. I spend more than R500 every single day at your stores. However I have noticed recently that the quality of your food is getting very poor! Tonight i heated the spinach I purchased earlier today and my 2 year and 3 year old also ate it. When i took a bite of mine i bit into something as hard as a rock. My husband had a look at it and he was not even able to break it apart to find out what it might be. I am so disgusted in this that I cannot support your shops again. This is really poor for the prices you charge for your food. What if this happened to my kids?!! I hope that in the future your quality will return to what it is supposed to be as woolworths used to be my favourite store but i am so dissapointed and disgusted i want to vomit looking at the picture! 🤢🤮

Standard Woolworths fare. Limited selection because of space constraints. But has everything I need. One needs to be choosy, as at all Woolworths; some items exorbitantly priced, others cheaper than expected.

All Woolworths stores have been out of Almond milk for two months now. Woolworths needs to stock up more on salads and fresh food that sells out quickly. even going early in the morning doesnt help to find fresh food I am looking for

A great little store to get everyday items. The annoying part in here is all the packers constantly unpacking goods and then there are times when the shelves are missing so many products. The beyond burger and sausage seem to be going through a non existent phase at the moment and the dog food tubs literally only come in 2 flavors here most of the time which gets annoying.

Convenient, well stocked Woolies foods. One of the only Woolies in the area I find goats milk. Service is normally good, with sufficient tellers open to keep the lines moving

Excellent store & service. Well stocked & an excellent variety in the fresh food section

For the whole January this store has been under stocked. The excuse that the stock arrived the morning does not make sense, so the afternoon the shelves are empty again. So they only order enough stock for a few customers to last the morning. If that is the case, I will do whatever it takes to get shoppers in my neighborhood not to support this store anymore. Either sort this out immediately or prepare to lose support.

To few tills open at month end 🤔Service good but store to busy. Same quality & better service at Karaglen branch. More parking available also

Always shop at this branch but Peak hours on a Sunday morning. 3 out of 8 tellers open. Waited 15 min in line not great for social distancing

I love it, especially on Sunday when I get my cakes and other delicious desserts.

Hi,Yesterday I bought 5 chicken puff and 5 cheese puff to my surprise when I open, I found 5 cheese puff and 5 beef and I am allergic to beef .I was very disappointed.

Lovely fresh food and the cooked chickens are great. Oh thing is they dont open early enough. Would prefer them to open at 8am. Otherwise all and all a good place to shop for those speciality items.

Woolies is the same all over, well stocked with the foods you always need, clean, lots of parking, which you dont have to pay for, lots of car guards, spacious shop, only thing is I very seldom go into woolworths, they are just to pricey, I find shopping at other stores far more rewarding.

As usual this place oozes quality even though we got something that we wanted to return they assisted and refunded very easily!

Horrific. This Woolies must be as terrible as Balfour - keypads block credit cards, never find someone to help, long ques, close early, staff always chatting to friends. I will spend my money elswhere. This store must be connected to Head Office. Woolworths always ask for a review on all their stores, never this one - why?

Great shopping experience

Decent selection and convenient in that you dont need to go to a fully fledged mall. Time your trip well though - it gets very busy between 17:00 and 18:30 with the evening rush. And after said rush, dont always expect to find what youre looking for as the shelves may have been cleaned out.

Average like all small Woolies

I bought a lovely summer salad from woolies and I found snails in my salad. I would have thought that they would provide the best food but apparently not.. I am super disgusted and disappointed in woolies greenstone valley. ill be seeing them later.

There are horrible queues on Sunday mornings, they never have enough tills operating even though it is always busy from when they open. It is very disappointing as they were made aware of this problem from early last year. Otherwise I have not had any problems with the quality of their products.

Store Manager and staff dont adhere to trading hours. Rather go to another retailer that respect and value their customers
