This is a really nice Woolworths, the clothing section is substantial and it gives off a clean modern feel.I would love to give it a 5/5 except I went to pick up an already made meal and well...There was no food. Not the best experience in the grocery section.At least they said sorry I suppose.

Pity they only seem to stock XS, S, XL and XXL in mens clothing size , and mostly 9, 10 and 11 missing in their shoe ranges . The staff when asked which store has those sizes they tell you after a quick look at their computer that there is no stock . When asked specifically to check Mall of Africa for stock and you stand watching the screen , then stock is found all over in other stores but they have nothing on the system system showing for them . My advice , if you are any of those sizes , go straight to Cresta or Mall of Africa, you stand a very good chance of finding what you are looking for .

You can never find staff, when you do they are unhelpful and rude. The cosmetic section always stand around and if you ask for help, then the staff make it known that you have disturbed them. Please do not support this store just because they are Woolworths.

Woolworths clothing @ fourways is the best, I got more than what I I wanted for a baby shower.

A nice spot for a quick breakfast or lunch from the Woolworths Cafe and the hot buffet. Waiters are friendly and never make you feel uncomfortable if you dont order sugary drinks. Instead they happily bring you water in a glass bottle - standard across all branches - underrated but so appreciated. The chili cheese eggs are delicious.

Fresh produce shelves were rather empty with the items available most having expiry dates very soon so will have to go to another store.

Top Quality Food. They have very few specials these days. Probably the impact of Covid. Woolworth supply one of the top quality Fresh Milk. Always a pleasure to shop there. Check out the Butcher always willing to assist and accommodating.

The underwear department is squashed and when you try and look for your size of bra, you appear to be suspicious. I am glad i persevered and look long for my bra but the security guard for some reason was few meters away from me. I found that a bit disturbing.

Worth going, one of the best Woolies

Im a die-hard fan of Woolies and their Click & Collect service, but Click & Collect is in shambles at this store. There isnt any signage to the pick-up point, youll have to stumble upon it whilst touring the basement parking. And the in-store staff dont seem to understand or know much about the service. Lots of work to do ito training & comms Woolies!

It was a great experience

Well stocked for a Sunday afternoon. Only issue was that the Chicken Schnitzel on the today only 30% off special not only had a best before date of today but were in a fridge that could barely be classified as such, it was way closer to room temperature.

Excellent! What you expect from a store like Woolies

Always enjoy shopping here especially the Country Road Section which is why I go to this store as its close to home and the staff at Country Road are amazing. They know me personally and go out of their way to make sure my shopping experience is magical.

Woolies is an excellent shop. It has everything you need. I find the complex a bit overwhelming but have memorized an easy access. Drive to the entrance nearest Cedsr Road and Woolies is right there. You can easily navigate the Mall if you start from there.

Using Click and Collect is not effective at Fourways mall after 2 phone calls and 25 minutes of waiting we still haven’t received the 4 items we have ordered, great idea... poor execution.

Love this place

Great new store and stocked well but not a single staff member offered me any service. I was there over half an hour. Fitting rooms badly signposted. However the cashier was lovely and greeted me by name which she got from card. Glad to see the staff have been trained with this old technique again. Woolies is the only company that does this.

Firstly got the best service by the customer service tills, very friendly ladies... Store layout impressive, assistance is always around. Store is near the entrance making it easily accessible. Food section is a bit to cold around there but I guess thats to keeps food fresh
