The centre is great for doing your monthly groceries or if you need to grab a quick take away meal. Dischem, Woolies and Checkers are the main stores on site. You can also grab a meal from Nandos if you choose to do so. Be patient when looking for parking as it can get busy.

Friendly staff and great service..always a pleasure going there

The staff at the till points have become super rude. We have just shopped at till 3. Only tillpoints 3 & 4 were open. We greeted the lady she ignored us. I had to ask her to sweep my Woolworths card. My husband politely asked for 3 bags. She just continued scanning and chatting away to the lady at till 4. I then said to her you are so rude, we greet you and you ignore us. She only gave us 2 packets and smashed our fuit in on top of packet 2. I politely took half the groceries out of the bag and asked her for the 3rd bag as we initially requested. She never apologised and really could not care. Poor poor service.

So disappointing... I bought veggies today 4 Oct but it expired on 2 Oct 2021? Also 1x broken egg in carton of 6 pack. Do the till staff not check the items? I didnt have my glasses thus only noticed this when it was unpacked at home. Why do you have expired food on the shelves?

The missing star ⭐ in the rating is for the parking space during the peak shopping times.The store is very visible. You always get the Woolies quality when buying. Their specials can surprise you with competitive prices.But visiting the store at everybodys favourite time can really put your driving/ parking skills to the test when looking parking.

Great Woolworths however I dont think their stock taking is the greatest because the shelves are often more bare or close to bare than full and basic ingredients are hardly ever found here. One still has to travel to Woolworths Meyersdal or Woolworths Columbine when this is actually the closest. Disappointing

I have to shop at two different Woolies because Bracken Gardens dont stock the six pack of vanilla full cream yogurt. They also dont stock tubs of duck fat or the tubs of complete meal dog food! On the plus side the staff are usually helpful and friendly.

Very health oriented and environmentally friendly with their containers usually opting for recyclable material, food section is good and usually consists of heat and eat stuff which tastes overall really good, meat section is small but more than likely has what you need, can be a bit pricey overall but it is a Woolworths.

Very, very disappointing visit to Woolworths this afternoon. I went to buy the ice cream and coffee which were on special. Inadvertently I took four incorrect icecreams which were not of the Tin Roof brand. When I went back to the fridge to exchange them for the correct ones there were no varieties. Only one flavour. Seriously! Only one flavour!!! Upon joining the queue again the line was about twenty three customers long and only two cashiers available to serve the people. It is a month end period and some customers had half filled trolleys. Needless to say I abandoned my shopping. What a waste of time this shopping experience has been. Never again will I fall for the so called promotional items on offer.

Always been one of the smaller Woolworths but theyre surprisingly well stocked and service has always been very good. Whoever is in charge of the constant upgrades deserves a raise cause you never get the feeling of being in an old, outdated store when going here

Good clean stoor as expected from the brabd. Atmosphere dead. Food and produce fresh and delicious. Got rolls, fruit and juise from them. No long queues. Tellers look unhappy and not the most friendly of people. That is where the 5th star went to.

They have most things, a larger store would be preferable, otherwise good customer service

Modern store. Parking a bit tight

Generally great service. Slightly limited stock and if you want something exotic like tempura flour or mascarpone then I would suggest one of the bigger stores like Mall of the South or The Glen. This branch is purely for necessities. Parking can be a bit of a mission purely because theres so many other shops like dischem, nandos, checkers & loco liq in the same precinct. Overall would still recommend this store for nicer quality essentials.
