This Pick n Pay used to be the store I went to if I needed odds and ends, but it has improved so much over the years its where I do all my big grocery shopping. What is so wonderful about it, is that it isnt a huge store and this makes shopping pleasant. It is also very well stocked.

The guy at the coffe shop is very rude its not the first time he is like this l have repoted him once but still he has not changed , this guy has no good customer service l am sorry to say this as much as l love your coffee guys but I wont be coming back l rather do my shoping somewhere else and find a new coffee spot

Me and my fiance we stopped coming to this place after the guy from the coffee shop was rude on us but yesterday there was a a new guy I dont fully recall his name Im sure it was Ben he saved us with a beautiful attitude he engaged with us that was an amazing service my husband couldnt stop talking about him he is even considering to take him as his PA

Friendly, convenient local with the best biltong deals. Customer services getting better and better. Covid-conscious shopping and the coffee at the entrance is pretty good.

Very average-has the usual stuff but with one or two International items. Still, a bit cramped, couple of weird corners(meat section), couple of badly placed pillars in front of goods. Staff seem to have lost the customer service spark they had a while ago-now it seems schlep to assist you-and it’s just to easy to say they don’t have it. Overall cleanliness depends on the day-they whole thing needs a good scrub. What was most worrying was the double dipping in the fresh food section, a glove and a net occasionally left off, makes one start thinking how many times it happens. Otherwise undercover free parking is a bonus, but little else makes it a one off trip-pity.

The food is fresh, the workers are friendly and very helpful. The workers know how to speak to customers. And there are no long or slow queues.

I shop there regularly as its on my doorstep.The cashiers are top class and so is the management.They are all extended family.Even their coffee shop is managed by two exceptional people.

The fourth star us less for the store as such, its a small PnP & they wont have the range that a big one will have. But what they DO have, that I know of Mon-Sat, is a delightful guy out in the parking who does boerie rolls and at least something with chicken that is very fairly priced and plenty palatable.

Not my favourite pick n pay at all. Even though it is so big and fancy it is unbelieveable how many times I dont find what I am looking for at this shop. The much smaller pick n pay on Peter Place, just a few blocks away is much better stocked.

This particular branch has a far more upmarket feel, has more exclusive range of products, clean, well designed layout of goods, definitely the upper echelon of Pick n Pay outlets.

I only moved into the area year ago there is something really good going on at the Craighall pick n pay cant quite believe Im saying it but its true the staff are friendly and helpful and when I had an issue to bring to the attention of management they were fantastic each and every one of them a well-deserved five star keep it up guys

Feels a bit grubby and in need of some refurbishment - similar to the typical SPAR store.That said, for such a small store, they do have a very good variety of goods!Parking is plentiful, but the spaces are rather small and awkward - which often means that you come back to your car only to find that some chump has parked in just the wrong, selfish-idiot way so that you cant get in to the car or out of the parking without a real struggle.

The food is so good it deserve to be a restaurant

Really lovely PnP. I started using it after the Hyde Park PnP revealed how bad it is and I have not looked back. Whenever I have the choice I do my shopping here. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of tellers at busy times and fresh produce that lasts as long as it should. Very much unlike the Hyde Park PnP.

Yah that was so awesome place

Jan 6th in the evening I was nearly robbed of my cellphone right at the door of the Pic n pay in-front of the security guard. The security is questionable they just chased the guy away and he took off running instead or trying to call the police, they were too nonchalant. I’ve never felt so unsafe.

I always find the staff to be really friendly. The store is generally quite neat. I just sometimes find that the variety of products is sometimes low and the quality of the fresh produce is not always the best.

Convenient and free parking, friendly staff, shelves are well stocked and logically placed. They have a wider selection of specialty goods, especially in the ready to eat food section (deli etc). I now exclusively use this branch.

Small Pick and Pay with the friendliest staff. It has all your essentials . It has a nice bakery, salad bar, and a small wine section. There is plenty of parking a guards guarding the cars while you shop. They even have a quant coffee shop with the most beautiful cakes and sandwiches. They even have free fruit for kids.

Too cluttered

My absolute favourite PnP branch! Despite not living as close as I used to, I still try and use this one most.It is small, so doesnt have the same range as the bigger ones but the service is worth it! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Ive had people in the veggie section ask if Im looking for something specific and then go into the back to see if there is any there, bag packers have run out to catch me in the car when Ive left an item at the till, bakery staff have assisted in putting together orders for events, and the managers are always approachable and solve issues quickly.

Limited Variety, often go in and they don’t have what I’m looking for.
