Good infrastructure

I called to enquire about my claim as I didnt get a chance to get information the day I submitted my forms because my baby was crying, the woman I spoke to was rude and told me she wont give me any information until I receive my sms as I didnt ask in person. Sometimes theres circumstances that prevent us from making her job easier. I honestly dont understand what the big deal was all ahead had to do was say it takes time to be captured and I should wait for my sms.

This office does not exist. They have moved and no one updated the website. Please remove or correct this entry
