Always a lovely experience seeing the doctors and they are efficient except the administration team at the front desk need to improve big time! Its bad how they always dont know where clients files are. One can wait the whole 30min whilst admin is trying to find a file

I came to fetch my blood work at 8Am, got skipped more than 4 times by patients that had come after me... like what kind of administration is this? Very poor service and they dont even call/message you to say your results are back yet you have a File.

What I like is the fact that the service is quick, and quite reasonable considering the consultation fee covers your medication as well. However, unless youre lucky enough to be seen by Dr Kuhlase, you will never get anything more than just medication. Basically, its the same as going to a pharmacy, stating your symptoms and being given medication and youre on your way. Doctors in use back then were good, but now aredzi.

I called to enquire but the lady who answered the phone sounded irritated, when she answered the phone she said ya, I even asked if is this Dr Kuhlases practice and she confirmed, honestly I was not happy with how she answered my questions, I literally had to ask her two to three times to be sure, I could hear on the phone that shes not interested I even asked her to be patient with me I just want to understand clearly. She told me her name is lucky not sure if she was honest about that.

The doctors dont educate you about your illness, you just explain what your problem is, they take you for blood, urine tests and etc, they dont even tell you the results after those tests, then they give you medicine and off you go. They are fast I can give them that but dont expect them to care about what you are going through. If you suffer from a chronic illness find a doctor who will monitor your health and care about what you are going through and knows what you need, if you go to Matebula you will regret it, no one cares about anyone in that surgery

The doctors here they are not informative about your illness and they are quick... If you are looking for just in and out thing this is the place to go but if you care enough about your health whats going on I wont recommend rather get someone who will update you and inform you about your illness at all times.

Though I waited slightly longer than expected I have to say the service is remarkable absolutely amazing

The service has dropped, went there on the 2nd of May and they couldnt find my file, they had to open a new one for me which I was really not happy about but I was too sick to argue. How could they have lost my file if I was there a week ago accompanying my daughter? The different doctors are really inconsistent because I was treated for symptoms only, she didnt even check me. She only asked me about my symptoms and wrote down meds and I was done. I have been going to that place for years now but now I just want to find a different doctor. Really not worth spending money on. I am a very unhappy patient.

The service in this practice is no longer the same, or is this due to different doctor who consult. Some they dont do thorough check. They are only treating the symptoms.my last visit was on the 06/02/2019 Dr Mofokeng. I asked him I have been consultation for the same problem for almost 2 years what is the way forward and the response was I am going to give you medication moes and It will also help you to exercise and as he stood up and went straight to the dispensing counter. What I am trying to say here is that the health care in that facility is detoriating I might be wrong but please take care of the patients and take necessary action on treating the patients.
