I went to the Dr about a weeks ago and medication he gave me made me vomit and called nurses the next day only to be told dr is on leave. After a week went back and there was another dr standing in for Dr. At first he refused to change my medication insisted I drink and will give something to stop the vomit. I suggested to check for something as those I can’t they make me sick. He was rude and didn’t want to listen. Finally he changed medication still complaining and rudeness. Nurses were helpful and even explained my situation to him. Rude for an elder person like him. Disappointed

Im super unimpressed with the service here. The doctor is good but his staff and operations of the room is extremely problematic. My first appointment I waited 4 and a half hours to see the doctor. People that came in after me without an appointment to see the doctor went in before me. Today I have a follow up appointment i arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, however I stood 20 minutes YES 20 minutes at the reception waiting for the receptionist to do whatever admin she had to do with my file and then the pre check up. However the lady was not busy with my file ... they were busy ordering food and gossiping. Yes infront of me. I was then asked to sit in the queue. The queue that I was asked to join consisted of people that did not have appointments. ( I asked them whether or not they had appointments and they were all very friendly and told me no they had just walked in ). It was 1 hour and forty five minutes since my scheduled appointment time and I was still waiting.What is the point of scheduling appointments?Extremely disappointed.
