If I could zero stars I would, the doctor is extremely rude, he was late for my appointment and then when I go back to the surgery, he has no interest in assisting me , he says he will see how he help me but he has a meeting to go to and with no interest in the fact that I am unwell and made it seem as if he is treating us for free, I got up and left the surgery extremely disgusted with his behavior, i would never recommend this doctor to anyone, he even goes further to say he doesnt see people on a Saturday .

The receptionist is awful and should not be working with patients. She cut the call and I had to call her 4 times and wait 1.5 hours for a Covid referral email after she initially said it would only take 10-15 minutes. She forgets about the patients and then tells them that they cannot speak to her like that and then cuts the call. The Dr. should not employ this woman to be patient facing.

One of the most nicest, easy going doctors iv ever been to! Diagnosed my illness immediately. He even checked up on me a few days after and reassured me that the meds he gave me will work. I see reviews here regarding having to wait for the doctor ( I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes), but isnt that the norm when you go to a busy doctor? Trust me, if you want a caring doctor who knows what hes talking about and is knowledgeable, go to Dr. Desai!

Doctor is good and helpful but very expensive. I had to pay 2.5K incl consultation and medication. I never paid this much for just having flue.

The doctor was on his phone a lot during our consultation. Seemed very distracted.

Done blood tests with him over 2 weeks ago, and received no feedback. Called multiple times, to get feedback, and all I hear is the Dr will be calling me back with the results, as he has patience with him. I have done the tests for a reason...

Doctor great, Reception and time keeping extremely poor, even called to verify time and then im told nope it was 2 hours ago. Reception is dismal. No calls to enquire if im coming. Smll things like time keeping is essential people dont have free time like this to be wasted.

Very disappointing that I did not look at the reviews before visiting the doctor, then I would not have wasted my time. Ratings says it all. Do not visit this doctor. You make a booking and after sitting there for more than half an hour with a crying infant, the doctor still does not see you, just lets you wait. You will waste your time, rather go see another doctor who cares.
