Doctor is amazing but his receptionist is extremely rude and has no peoples skills whatsoever

Dr Nanabhay is a sensitive,caring and kind hearted doctor. His care and patience for his patients, especially the elderly is examplary and most appreciated by our family.We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for his kindness and know that you are a shining example to the profession.We are.forever grateful.

I really loved this doctor he is really amazing and knows what he does however I have a problem with his secretary when I left the hospital Dr advised me to call in requesting a doctors note and I did do so early this morning and she said she was going to send it still nothing later on in the day I called again and she told me she will send it whenever she gets the time to Im really not happy with that service and yet its 2 days later and still no note
