Best Dr and the service is the best and the whole crew treated me so nice ,Im so thankful that I went there 100% and thank god that they is still Drs like him in SAπππ
Thank you Doc. Comfortable from the moment i entered right until the moment I left satisfied! God Bless you!
Highly recommended. Comfortable stress free procedure in rooms.
Dr Motala is good at his job but is ALWAYS LATE. You will wait 2hours to get seen after they give you an appointment time, this has happened 3 times in a row, its ridiculous when you have somewhere to be. Better service is definitely needed!
Very friendly and professional doctor as well as support staff. Appointment was professional and the procedure performed on my son conducted on time, without any issues. Feedback and response was always caring and friendly. Edit: Phoned twice with urgent need for appointment. On both occasions I was told I would get a call back and on both occasions call was not returned. Disappointed as I was in pain and needed help.
Thank you for the Wonderful Care and time spent to make my diagnosis.
This is the most trusted doctor Ive seen his honesty will take him far in life his always in my duas
Unethical
I could write plenty but ...... the service if you need further info, feedback on blood results, a prescription!!!!!! Non existent. Very poor organisation!!!!!!! You need to waste much time on phone calls and you never get called back. The worst year with this doctor. Today I was told my daughter has a mild infection after phoning every half an hour and that a prescription would follow : a prescription arrived for her Cholesterol medication!!!!
Very poor service! My wife has called numerous times since her consultation to enquire about blood tests and procedure but each time gets told that they will call back.
As a former patient, I find myself duty bound to warn others.Besides being extremely arrogant and flippant, hes just not very good. Of course that could be subjective. There are many other reasons why patients might not want him as their doctor, these include:1. He might give your confidential medical records (physical files) to other people without your consent as well as discuss your medical records flippantly with others - entirely ignoring doctor patient confidentiality - AS HE DID WITH ME.2. He might recommend a treatment based on kickbacks from a drug company - AS HE DID WITH ME.3. He might lose your medical records because hes busy downloading virus infested pirated PS/Xbox games and movies, causing his PC to crash - AS HE DID WITH ME. Perhaps he should stick to selling pirated games instead of practicing medicine SEE LINK BELOW βSouth African Police Arrest Man for Selling Jailbroken PlaystationsβIf any of the above was untrue, I might be worried about being sued for defamation. As a specialist doctor, he certainly has the money to pay a lawyer to sue me. Of course, much of the above is in an HPCSA Complaint together with his explanation (c/o Macrobert Attorneys) of 3 and 1 (throwing his sister under the bus); and denial of 2. There is a general impression that the HPCSA is soft on misconduct by doctors and only care when patients die. The certainly gave him the benefit of the doubt and believed his story that his sister was responsible. Perhaps thatβs understandable because what type of person throws their own sister under the bus β speaks to the character of the guy.My warning is do your research and exercise caution.
