Use Caltex because my bank rewards me when transacting with them otherwise wouldnt be my first choice. Not an expert on petrol quality so wont compare other makes. Service is ok, safe so far, reasonably clean environment. Has what I need. The shop could be better though.

Fast ladies, friendly service

Its a good convenience shop in the midst of an area far away from the shopping centres and mall. The staff are very nice and friendly. I had gone to buy 500ml Amasi and took with me only R20 since it was at night. Turned out the Amasi was costing R23 and was R3 short. But the till attendant Sibusiso paid the shortfall for me. When I told him I will bring the R3 the next day he shrugged and said its up to you to bring or not its all fine with me. I was humbled besides being very grateful.

No one responsible for making syre people sanitise, when I told the manager and showed her people walk in she dismissed me, dont go here for your own safety. The garage is so packed, items and surfaces arent wiped down.

Took very long to get service here... seems the nicer your car the better quality of assistance you receive from the attendants here. Nicer cars who pulled up after me got preferred over me the quality of the service was much to be desired.

What a terrible place. First attendant tells me half way through the service she cannot help you anymore because she is too stressed !! How can she work when she is too stressed, we all get stressed ! Then she walks off with my water cap. I only discovered that my water cap was missing when I started having problems later ! Then another attendant has a turn to spill petrol over my car and tyre. She does not offer to clean it off. I ask her to clean it off and out comes the dish washing liquid on my car !! My car has metallic paint and I am now livid. The manager tells me like it or leave !! They use dish washing liquid to wash the cars with in the car wash. What a dump ! The owner tells me the staff are all lovely people ....sure do we employ people because they smile beautifully or becuase they can do their job. CALTEX THIS IS A DISGRACE TO YOUR NAME

The attendants are very friendly even though the place was experiencing high levels of customers. The lady that filled up my vehicle noticed that my license disc expired, so I showed her the new one that isnt installed yet! The first time Ive ever came across such a vigilant attendant. On my next visit I want to try their eco wash carwash.

Two men sit in a car and watch people draw money - their device swallows your card and as you leave they take your card and draw your money - this has been going on for months and Caltex does nothing about it - I am now personally going to do something about them! Very 😡
