I buy gas here at a really reasonable price. The staff are also friendly. The women are strong and will even help carry heavy gas to your car.

Went in to the store today and we only needed a few items. We were told that we still need to join the queue which was fine even though the queue was for the kids stationery packs thats required for school stationery.Whilst in the line a few people came by needing a few items and they were helped.Nevertheless we waited. An hour passed and we were told it will take an hour more to be helped we explained again that we only need a few items 6 to be exact but we still had to wait in the queueWe left and went to the Ink Pot walked in spent less than 5 minutes got what we needed and left.You cannot let normal customers join the queue thats meant for school kids stationery packs.This is to your replyThe fact that you have special customers says it all. In order for someone to become a loyal or special customer they have to start by coming to your shop for the first time. The way you treat them makes them come back.

Excellent service and real down to earth people...

There is so much more room for improvement for being more effective in an effecient way.I cannot understand what is the point of completing an order form from the school... Emailing it for it to be pre-packed only to go to the waiting area to sit and wait +/- 2 hours before going inside the store. There are many staff members in the store but the packing of the stock takes ages.

EXTREMELY unprofessional services, I was told certain items werent there even though I clearly saw them. Treatment of customers who pre-ordered is appalling, because items should already be ready for collection.Low quality stationary, didnt follow the list as it was stated. In conclusion this shop needs ALOT of improvement and better customer service

Very busy with parents buying back to school supplies. Excessive Covid-19 protocols, long queues and more efficiency in dealing with clients would help to reduce time spent here as there are plenty of staff onsite.

Very popular with school supplies. You should be patient when you go with a list during peak season for school stationary. Their prices on stationary, gas and printer ink cartridges are much better than in retail stores. I would recommend coming to or at least finding out prices from this supplier first.

Takes time to pick your school supply order but still the best price in town and we will be back next year.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but it took 2 hours to collect an order that was pre-ordered and should have been ready and waiting. Would not support if I had an alternative.

The person who assisted in filling up the gas bottles was extremely rude as he dictated where customers should be seated etc. He screamed at me that he does not have refill bottles to hire out after i sat in the cold for 10 minutes waiting for assistance. He treated his staff badly as well... They will NOT be seeing me again!

Open Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.Went on a public holiday because on Google it said they were open, found out they were closed.. But the guy was kind enough to allow us to place our order and collect the stationary at a later stage, at least the trip was not wasted 😊

In two minds - reason, owner goes so much out of his way to please the customer that he sometimes disrespect the workers in front of the customer and it make a person uncomfortable. I think he must relax a little, it is n great shop with unbeatable prices and for that reason I will visit again and again. Owner s only intention is to serve the customer with great products and prizes, he definetely goes out of his way. I even got a free gift (labels) with my purchase. I dare anyone te see if they can get this well known brands cheaper at any other place.

They have everything youd need & arent badly priced, but its very cluttered (especially the working space behind the counter) makes one feel almost claustrophobic as it seems they have a hoarding problem behind there. Rather phone in an order & have it delivered if clutter?hoard freaks you out. - I havent been back to that place since.
