We got to High Speed Gas at around 11:40am on Saturday. The opening hours state that they close at 12pm on a Saturday, we drove past and saw the gate was closed but there was a car waiting at the gate. Seeing as we were holding up traffic we drove up a few meters and seeing that the car was driving inside we assumed the place was open. The car that was inside was now leaving and he backed up to give me way to get inside. As I tried to get in the gate started closing and almost scratched my car!! There were no sensors and it was clear someone from inside was pushing the button. We got in and a gentleman tried to assist us but someone else came out with a remote in had and said we are closed and thats why I was closing the gate! Disgusting behaviour from that man, he should be ashamed of himself! If you advertise as being open till 12pm you should atleast allow people in and let them know that youre closed instead of trying to close the gate on their car!

Exceedingly frustrating customer service. I needed a refund. Stated to them 4 times that I dont have a South African bank account. I paid with a credit card. I would send them an email saying that I dont have SA bank account and they would keep stating to send them my Banking info. Just going to dispute it with my credit card company.

Terrible service. They tried to deliver my gas without confirming a delivery day so I went for a run unknowingly at the time that their driver came to deliver my gas.On the second attempt three days later, they refused to confirm a delivery slot (e.g. 2-4pm) so my wife had to be on standby the whole day for a 9kg can of gas.

Friendly service paired with cost effective off grid solutions, a brand everyone needs in their homes.

A week just to get a quote and then even that agreement is not met and suddenly its longer. Installation should have taken another week at most according to original agreement - now its longer too. Who cares if a customer is sitting without hot water for weeks on end?! At the very least be honest on the first day!

Lovely products.I got High Speed Gas to install Paloma water boilers (one for downstairs, another for upstairs) and also hook up my stoves. They provided a great service. So far no complaints, and Im paying much less than I would for regular water geysers.Thanks!

Prices are market - related, refill and exchange gas canisters. Service is nice. Not the most convinient opening hours.
