I was ready to purchase a gas geyser, however instead of just making the sale this company first did an analysis of what i needed and it turned out a gas geyser would not meet my expectation.it is not often that a company turns down a sale to ensure that the customer is receiving the right product and solution.

Excellent service is not what I would say... the owner was very polite until I questioned his 80% deposit requirement (Little concerned about losing money during this difficult time). He was not even prepared to hear me out, he told me I should leave it and promptly told me that he cannot wait for me and then blocked me on Whatsapp after saying that he cannot carry the up front cost.
