I went to fill petrol, after swiping my card and inserting my pin, the card machine fell down. My account was debited with the full amount. When I explained to the manager and attendent, they insisted I pay again. After them sending an email to fnb asking them to cancel, I still have not received my reversal. I called fnb n they sent me what Total was meant to do, but nope, even after forwarding the email, nothing! It has been a whole week later and still nothing, this is disgusting behavior because when they insisted I pay again, even after I showed them that on my account it went thru, they behaved as though I was a thief. I am definitely contacting head office about this! Money is my money and I work hard to just let people take it after being treated like a thief!
