Excellent and attentive service by Alex from the Bryanston showroom. She persisted with my remote enquiries with prompt replies and photographs and videos and measurements on whatsap. By the time i walked into the showroom it was a short visit, finalizing my 3 purchases very quickly. Impolite staff,Eastern European with poor English speaking skills ,nothing professional about them , terrible attitude called 3 times to check if they had what I needed prior to visiting and when I got there said no stock- not even a sorry. Horrible, horrible experience.
