Poor service. They seem to have issues with scheduling or staff, hence they dont come to my place. Peter(owner) always ignores my phone calls.The only upside is that when they do decide to cut the grass, they do a wonderful job.

Truly disappointed at the level of service. I have paid for the service in advance and havent had my garden seen to for 3 weeks. I have tried contacting the owner, Peter, via telephone and email with no response. I have spoken to the manager, Stanley, whos promised, on 3 separate occasions, to come out but never did. After numerous calls to Stanley, he now recognizes my number and doesnt answer when I call. Truly shocking especially after being a loyal customer for 18 months.

Please make sure that your drivers drive cautiously on the road.One of your drivers just about knocked my husband off of his bike into on coming traffic.The owner didnt even contribute to the cost of damages to my husbands bike.If this is how you deal with people ,i would never use your garden service.

Truly very disappointed I contact them three times and they promised me they come to my premises,sitting at home waiting for them to no avail.
