Went to buy meat, always fresh and reasonable, more so, their chillie wors is something out of this world

Its an awesome place. But now.... service wise in terms of ordering meating, theres no order i must say. The old way, worked so much better..

The produce here is fresh and I like their braai area too. It is nice and big, just a bit of improvement needed on the hygiene side.

The placed has been revamped now it trades as Moses and OBC, the meat is very clean, love their boerewors.

I wonder if they still tempering with meat weight machine🤔

Fully operational after civil unrest that occurred in july..One way stop store with many products to choose from.Theres Plenty parking space.

Very good customer service. Convenient stored easy to do shopping with affordable prices and fresh good. Very good for purchasing funeral food or weddings or party event. They also have but and Braai. If you wanna buy meat and chill with friends watching game u can do so

The place is no longer busy because of the looting the still renovating and the shisanyama braai place and alcohol is closed, but you can buy take away meat

The service is good. You stand on queues for too long at the most 30 minutes during month end. They keep the Covid-19 regulations and there are personnel who monitor the queues

I am horrified by a sudden lack of service by the management @Moses fruit and veg, Saturday the 13th of Feb I bought a punnet of strawberries and other fruit and veggies, proceeded to the butchery to buy meat as usual, spent my hard earned money there over a few years and whilst growing up my family bought there, to my surprise the strawberries were turn down on the rotten side and this couldnt have been obvious when purchasing because the punnet was sealed. I then called the shop on Monday, the phone rang unanswered, Tuesday it was also difficult getting through to place a complaint and I was promised a call back but no one ever got back to me, Wednesday I call for follow up and told that I can only complain and get refunded within 24hours, what a shock. I took photos of the punnet and have the receipt so they verify the date of purchase and time but they were not interested. Just that its my fault for not claiming within the 24hours, so in other words when you buy there please open the packaging immediately because this shop has no accountability whatsoever and day light robbery was the order of the day. I would rather buy somewhere where there is integrity towards long standing loyal customers

The environment and staff are welcoming. They have great vegetable combos and variety of foods and household necessities. Their butchery and shisanyama are awesome.

The only thing I would they lack is hygiene. They are very poor in that department. Other than that they quality products and offer decent customer service, they could do better.

They sell only fresh veggies and fruits...cashiers are fast so is their helpful packers. I love the shop.and oh the ladies at Blue shop are also brilliant attentive.keep it up guys good job always well done...well some of the butchery staff can improve on attitude but as said a few overall Moses has my vote!

The only problem is the ques. Everything else is well. Meat very tastier. Covid protocols followed at all times

Its insane that when the store is closed by 6pm they also close the gates not allowing transport to get through. I watched two ladies struggle with two very full trolleys just to get their uber outside the gate. I was lucky my trolley wasnt too full. I had qn interesting conversation with the security guards at the gate because i was not happy with this. All they said wqs that it was a rule they have been instructed on. I have no idea what could have brought on such a rule but as a customer i need the convenience of having my uber fetch me inside the yard of the store, not by the gate while having to wheel around a heavy trolley.

We had an incident of theft of bags in the car parked in the parking lot. Management needs to do something about such occurences otherwise it poses a threat to the patrons. No positive feedback received thus far.
