Very helpful and beautiful arrangements

Anny is amazing truly a gem, so kind and caring as she went way above her duties to her workplace. Sadly we lost a dear family friend living over in SA whilst I live here in NL so I was only informed of the loss the day before the funeral. In haste I unsuccessfully called several local florist but finally managed to get through to Flower Paradise 5 mins before they closed, Anny kindly sent me her mobile number and told me to call her later as she was busy closing the store. On calling back later that evening she took my order and reassured me things would work out. She went in early the next morning before her scheduled opening time and made a Beautiful basket of Flowers which were delivered to the family before the Funeral service. Its this level of service and responsibility we lack in todays world so to me Anny is a shinning example of how things could be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Anny. I felt my presence was in attendance at the funeral service due to Annys commitment to her Job along with delivery great service, thank you Flower paradise for your appreciation of a great employee.

Would never use this florist ever again. Awful service, awful flowers (almost dead) , very poor equipt for a florist. Poor and extremely basic florist skills. Unprofessional and rude staff.
