So disappointing!Ive always trusted Interflora worldwide, but my recent delivery to Johannesburg will be my last.I order 24 bold colourful roses for my daughter, on arrival of my first grandchild. She received a bland pale selection, which had no appeal at all.

This was the poorest bouquet I ever received!! The roses were from laaaast week sometime and so was the vase & water!! It was disgusting!! My poor son ordered it with so much love & trust. We were extremely disgusted, You definitely lost 10 customers. We are going to hello peter pith this as it truly is daylihgt robbery!! It seems as if the vase & old roses were standing somewhere in a backyard, then eventually grabbed and delivered in such a state!! My son who ordered it with so much live from the pictures in your advert was so dissapointed and wll never ever ordered from you again!!!!!!
Very unreliable delivery service. The hamper was delivered, but not even on the day that I had requested. Definitely not a recommendable company if you are planning to surprise someone with a gift on a scheduled date.
Poor experience, wont be using again.I ordered a white orchid in a white pot (as per the picture - not clearly stated that this may vary) - and my friend received a brown pot with a purple orchid.Now, the reason I had requested this item was because my friends father had passed away. Imagine my surprise not only when she receives a purple orchid in a brown pot, but when I e-mail Interflora to express my unhappiness - they essentially tell me you should know better, we cant promise colours. Now, if you cant thats fine - but LET YOUR COSTUMER KNOW IN ADVANCE, OR make it explicit on your website by providing photographs of all the options they may deliver on your behalf. I had a very trying e-mail correspondence with Dean, who referred to the change of both the colour of the plant and the pot as minor substituions. If these are MINOR, someone please tell me what is classified as MAJOR when you are shopping for flowers and pots? (Not to mention the shape of the pot was completely different...).Anyway, to anyone overseas considering using this service - I suggest you look elsewhere, or be prepared to be disappointed if you want a specific permutation for a grieving friend.
