This is a fitness haven hidden away in an industrial park. The Coaches and owners have now become dear friends of mine. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone concerned with their fitness, beginner or advanced.Honestly my favourite place to train.

I attend Kick boxing and Krav Maga classes here.They are very new in starting up so they have the Lowest Prices.They also have Smaller Classes so the instructors are able to give One on One attention to help correct form and improve techniques.

Linbro Fitness Park is a fantastic place to train. Their premises are in a warehouse and the place has a real energy about it. I enjoy the fact that also have to option to train outdoors. The whole team is really friendly and their packages are reasonable too.

Awsome all round!! Take your pick between boxing, crossfit, weightlifting est. Great value at amazing prizes!!!
