Absolutely disgusting food. Dont ever order from here!

I ordered the crab curry with roti and as sides i added, potatoes, butternut, sweet potatoes, and sweetcorn but i didnt get any of those sides. the packaging was horrible and untidy. and the curry is too rich and salty not forgetting oily. as for the crab, the shell is not even removed and i got a lot of curry but less crab. im disappointed and the price is ridiculous for the the type of food i got.

11/10! I eat chips 2 to 3 times a week (I have some Irish blood) and I can declare they make the best chips in South Africa.The chips come in a little pizza box that would not even close as the chips are jammed in.The shop is inside the BP shop and is very authentic. This is a must for take aways!

If I could put fewer stars I would! Cold fish and they messed up the order, I dont think you could have gotten it worse

Jimmys Fish & Chips @ the BP garage in NORWOOD. We called numerous times but Staff didnt answer the phones. We then went to the store and were told that they stop taking orders at 7:30pm on a Friday night. If they answered the calls we would have known about this and could place an order elsewhere. 😠

The gentleman behind the counter took a break from his break (he was eating lunch) to help me. I appreciated that gesture a lot!The chip rolls with cheese that my mom and I ordered were very good, especially considering their R26/roll price point.

Horrible food. Ordered large russian, hake and chips I got the shock of my life. The large russian was the size of my thumb. The taste was just terrible. Never ever again.

Its really nice, and the prawns are awesome, almost better than the original fish and chips and inexpensive too.

Poor service waited for my order for 17 mins only to get it warm bare in mind it was just me in the que.Uber eat s came and left with their whilst other stuff members were just sitting busy on their phones

Very tasty food

I order grilled fish only to find out you have to pay extra for the sauce they grill it. This is the 1st jimmys i went to that asked that. The staff made me wait way over 45min and still made me wait for my order, when i asked for my order theReply was rude. Wont visit this store again. I can give this place 0 stars.

Used to love it, until one sunday afternoon, after a Church service, i took my family there for some Kota experience. And we found all the staff there, and they could not serve us, all because of cleaning, which they could have done in the morning, not 12 noon 😤

I ordered fish and chips using Mr Delivery .....I am really disappointed and angry. The chips were old and stale a hake that was supposed to be 2 pieces was one piece cut into 2. The food was tasteless and stale. If you know what is good for you, go somewhere else you deserve better as a Customer.

Order three simple chip rolls via the Uber Eats app. They arrived covered in what looked like a tomato sauce and heavily spiced with Masala spice. We requested salt and vinegar. Called and asked to speak to the manager, none was available. The person on the phone was completely rude and unhelpful (Beauty) she wasn’t even listening to what we were trying to explain about the missing salt and incorrect order, and the food is inedible! After waiting an hour for the food. No resolution or refund as yet.

There was no one at the food counter.. I stood there like a lost traveler

NOT OPEN 24H - Closed at 10pm when they advertised open 24h I arrived ravenous at 10:15

Terrible food, fish poorly prepared, stale rolls... Oil that was used to deep fry the sad offering had clearly exceeded its usefulness by many days. Apparently it is difficult to do fish and chips well this place is evident in that regard. Avoid if you care about your health, certainly KILLER FISH

For the second time you delivered an Atlantic feast whereby my prawns where all black! As in burnt. What type of staff do you have at your place, intentionally packing burnt food for someone who’s paying for it ? I called for times and guess what after airing my complain your stuff memebers cut the phone! What am I suppose to eat for dinner? You customer service is absolute BS!
