Good service and friendly staff. The soft drinks refridgerator can do with some boosting ,,the drinks arent that cold.

Food took longer than 25 min and Elizabeth is very rude, its like she is forced to help customers not the greatest employee.

The service was good and the pizza excellent. The only downside for me is the location. The mall where its located has only one way in and one way out and the road itself is pretty narrow making driving there quite stressful and difficult.

Best gluten free large chicken and mushroom pizza.

Food took longer than the 15-20 min estimated time, more like 35 min, despite the fact that it was not busy at all, probably 3 customers at most in that period.

Good value for money, gorgeous flavours, easily accessible venue, always deliver on time. And if you wanna sit in, the sit down menu is as great. Give them a call and in 15 minutes your meal is ready!

There may be many options in the area... but I rate these guys as the best based on waiting time and friendliness of staff.

Placed a order at 18:20 for a chef salad, after about 20 minutes I got tired of waiting for them to call my number, so I went to ask where my order was, so they informed me that it was still being made. After another 10 minutes I went to go ask again and they casually took it from the fridge, avoid if you are very hungry or in a rush. You could probably eat at a sit down restaurant in a quicker time.

The Pizza was so bad, it was burned

Very disappointed with the service. I was ignored twice by the lady behind the counter whilst she attended to people that arrived after me. I finally placed order and was told 10-15 minutes. Took over 40 minutes for the food to be ready. The spare rib topping was very overcooked. This is one Romans Pizza store i do not recommend.

Pizzas are good and staff are friendly enough. However, I asked for a BBQ and mushroom, a pepperoni deluxe and a margherita. I get told that I cant have an odd number of large pizzas. Fine. I ask for a margherita and a bacon supreme. On second thought make that a margherita and a three cheese. Sweet. Come to collect and theyve made me a three cheese and a bacon supreme. Nothing done to fix it, not even so much as an apology.

Oh yes, the bottles water and sprite which I drank to get rid of the smell of hub so my mom wouldnt beat me was of the finest standard 👌🏼

Never have I ever had such a traumatizing service experience at any food outlet before. First of all, we could not choose a small and a large pizza, without romans charging us double for each. Second of all, the girl serving us (mbali) was pestering us into buying more and more products, she was making fun of us and making a lot of noise. After this she proceeded to grabbing my hair from over the counter saying she liked it to try to be funny and friendly, of which she actually pulled out two of my braids. We were so looking forward to eating some pizza, But after this we were more than done with the lack of professionalism and ended up giving the pizza away to a guard outside. I hope this review is taken seriously and responded to.If it were for me, I would not even give a star, instead I would rate this 0 stars for this horrific experience at Romans pizza (fourways pineslopes)
