I ordered food through Uber Eats and the restaurant didn’t give the driver my drinks. When I call them (I have called twice already today (15/02/2017) Thulani is very unprofessional over the phone and sounds like he wants me to just understand that there is nothing they can do about it anymore since the driver is refusing to collect them.
Today i got charged a full amount for an order that wasnt complete. My coleslaw salad was missing and the guy that assisted me was very rude and condescending. Black people, you can do better serving your fellow blacks! I am utterly disgusted!!!
Worst service ever... they yall useless in this place, they bring a speed point that doesnt work.. they took my money twice and they cant even give me a refund 😠😠😠
