Went to get my usual meal and ice cream (BK Fusion) for the second time this week and both times the ice cream has only been half full, so this evening I brought it up with the lady at the window, to which she replied that if I have an issue I should take it up with Managment as they are complaining that too much ice cream is being used. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU CHARGE THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS NOT GIVE HALF A CUP OF ICE CREAM.See images below of what I got and what you advertise.Such a money hungry company.ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

Went there to try the new cheese lover beef burger and was greatly disappointed. I was not asked which drink I would like with my meal so they made the decision for me. The burger is also on the dry side.

Shocking service today. Sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes. Staff couldnt care less and made no effort to clear the queue which wasnt that long actually

The lady who helped me did not understand English very well.. The manager came to assist and he was very efficient

You have a customer in my son with your R36.90 meal he gets there.The shop wasnt busy when we visited again and your staff interacted well with my son - 6 yr old.The place saves Halaal food, but you must have a friendly interactive security guard seeing he sits by the door.He is the first interaction with your customer and you need him to enhance the User Experience of customer with a welcoming smiling face

This has become a home away from home, for many reasons-Fast service and super friendly staff.They dont have that I get paid to smile and serve you attitude, the staff and management genuinely care about their customers having a great experience every time and if you dont THEY WILL FIX IT!Hot, fresh, succulent food- the chicken is always well cooked.My favourite burger is the potato bun Crispy chicken.Their wings are always juicy and filling and those chips are on point every time- filled with my favourite crispies- The little bits that nobody else normally likes.Value for your money- if youre on a tight budget, R100- R150 is more than enough for 2 people to enjoy, with sides.Overall their kitchen is always spotlessly clean and its in full view of the customer, never once did I get that horrid stale oil smell or any other unpleasant odours, which is a huge deciding factor for me.Try them out with your whole family, even during load shedding, they will never dissappoint.

The service at Norwood Burger King Is always terrible . The drive through is so slow everytime. I could be 1st in line & still wait like I was 5th in line. Im there weekly & it consistently happens. Fast Food couldve fooled me.

I was disappointed the place is very well kept clean & tidy. Food well presented, but I asked for a milkshake and it was like a cup of ice cream. You couldnt drink it at all as it was so thick. When we asked if it could be thinned down the reply was sorry thats how it comes out from the machine This means that its obviously just ice cream put into a cup. Very disappointing. Know never again to order a milkshake from Burger King.

Im appalled by customer service offered by Surprise no customer service whatsoever looks like she didnt even want to speak to us when we approached to order no hello no smile nothing. Felt like leaving and evening buying anything there.

At around 21:25 on the 1st of December, 2020, my friend and I went to the drive-through at Burger King Norwood. We ordered 3 King Value double cheese-burger meals, and asked to get the drinks and fries upsized to large, like we usually do, and we paid for the meals, the total for which was exactly R139.20. Upon receiving the meals, we were handed 3 small drinks instead of the large ones that we ordered and paid for, and when we told the woman serving us about this error, she began to tell us that what were asking for is against the rules for said meal, and that we arent allowed large drinks even though we paid for them. When we showed her our slip, she began to berate us, and insisted that we shouldnt get what we paid for. When we asked to see the manager, so that we can sort this misunderstanding out, she told us that she is the manager and insisted that because she runs the establishment, she makes the rules. This went on for about 4 minutes.Eventually, after an unusually long wait, we were handed our food at around 21:34, and headed home. When we got to the house, we discovered that the fries were stale, as well as the patties in the burger, which were also burnt.So instead of your manager sorting out misunderstandings with customers like an adult, she gives us stale, burnt food, as well as poor service in exchange for my hard earned money, Burger King Norwood gets a 1-star rating, and loses two loyal and frequent customers.

Made a card purchase. I was informed by the staff that the payment did not go through (even though I had received a bank notification that it had). Even after contacting my bank and them verifying the transaction had gone through, I had to fight to get my order

If youre a big fan of culinary fare of the not- so-nutritious variety, where the kids will feel rewarded and their parents will feel that theyve rewarded their offsping, then this is the place to feed them. Its spacious, airy, clean and bright, the bathrooms are well-maintained. Dad can watch the football while the kids go out to play on the jumping castle and mom can make aquaintance with the locals. In addition to your paid meal, they offer a free ( although nothings really for free these days?) cooldrink refill. Pretty cool place if you feel like an inexpensive indulgence. Good enough service and friendly staff. Have a happy day!

The staff is friendly and amazing. The love what they doing , which is something to have. The place is spacious and smells amazing. The burger is a bonus, amazing. Totally enjoyed my first visit and will be coming back

Standard BK experience, but the staff look tired, overworked, and irritable. They still are professional. But it is obvious that they are understaffed, which puts strain on them and their mood. This is on management, not the hard workers.

Everytime I have gone here there is some or other issue. From them not getting my order correct, to the phone never being answered, to being over charged. The day before lockdown they had a line going all the way out the door, we stood i line for about 45 minutes only to be informed at the counter that they are out of chips, beef, onion rings and I dont remember what else. They could see the long line and should have been informing customers, as they lined up, of the shortage of stock.

I never expect fresh foods from fast food joints, but this Burger King is quick on its feet. Never expect to wait more than 10 minutes for an order. The staff are mediocre, not always helpful but get the job done.Place seems clean most of the time and the burgers taste fresh 7/10 of the time, just depends if your burger is premade.Otherwise, its quick and convenient like any other fast food drive through joint.

Good fast service. Food was well cooked and appetizing. There was no long wait or long queue. Will definitely visit again. Friendly staff who were very professional and did not mess up the kids order. One wanted no greens, another no sauce. Usually we always have one unhappy child at the end of it all but not here

Terrible service. The staff took about 30 seconds to acknowledge that we were at the counter before serving us. We had to get the attention of one of the guys in the back before we got served. Our order came out incorrectly and although the order was repeated before payment was taken there were items missing. The store had a strong smell of sulphur and the restrooms were not clean. Unfortunately I will never visit this branch of Burger King again.

Honestly I love Burger king, but when I walked in I waited quite a while to place my order the cashier didnt seem bothered at all . Then to only wait even longer (45min)+ to get my food. I when to ask the cashier on duty and she was quite rude about it . Not even checking if my food is dont or not. Im really disappointed.
