The restaurant is clean and well kept. Everything tidy and neat including the kids play area. The service was awesome both my orders of the meals was freshly prepared and delicious, bought 4 different types of cake slices, which were short of amazing, they were not only mouthwatering but tasted divine. Your drinks are so dissapointing. Vanilla milkshake was ridiculously sweet and the hazelnut iced coffee is way too strong😭

Absolutely shocking experience of the drive thru. A wait of more than 20 minutes, with no explanation whatsoever.Completely unacceptable.

I have no problem with the food at all infact its one of my fav food places .I do however have a problem with an employee Busisiwe Mehlomakhulu Crew Id 34 .We were at the drive through standing there waiting for her to count her money finish she took a while and when she eventually opened the window ...No greeting and also no apology for making us wait to add ontop of that she was extremely rude she did not allow me to finish my sentences ..I asked for chilli cheese fries she jumped down my throat and said she does not have it .The tone she spoke in was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional .

I love McDonalds is this review is going to be very biased. The staff is exceptionally friendly and whats better than the staff is the food, I love McDonalds food with every single part of my being. The only downside I guess is the fact that they dont deliver in my area of residence (Klippoortjie, Boksburg. But either than that, I love the food, the friendly staff and the its location.

Every time i come here it takes an hour to get you food so what is the use of drive through please can sunward park mac donalds sort this out

Horrible. They dont communicate to you that they experience problems. I just need to accept what get. Apparently theres problems with the soft drink machine. But when you order the first lady dont tell you when you receive your drink its horrible it looks like sprite but tastes horrible. For someone who has diabetes thats an big concern. I will never support them again.

Took a while to get someone who could work the till and place the order, but the food came fast and was fresh.

Please teach the staff customer service, and a good one at that. They dont have a clue what that is. It doesnt depend on the time of the shift or how you feel...you just give good customer service to every customer all the time every time.

Worst service I have ever received from any mc Donalds. Seems like Uber eats customers are the only ones paying for their food as they get served around the clock. Our normal paying customers going in to the shop has to sit and wait 25 minutes for a fold over meal. I will rather not visit this mc Donalds again soon. You need to keep your instore customers happy aswell.

Wanted 2 burgers, tap my card and actolye paid for 2 meals and 1 coke and 1 cream soda. I didnt even mention coke of cream soda.

Today 02/07/2020. They had no fries. We ordered 2x BigMacs and 1x Plain McChicken. They gave us 2x BigMacs 1x without any sause and one with Mayo and they gave us 1x McChicken with Jalapeno sause.I am not happy with the service or the food of this branch.

Sat for 30 minutes to get my order through the drive in. This is the second time it has happened

Not the best and definitely not the worst Ive had. But my experiences there have not been good. I either always have to park in the grill parking and wait for my food or Im told they dont have what Im looking for. However the food is good and staff are somewhat efficient.

Really was turned off by their kitchen thats visible at the kiosk. The are receipts all over the counters. Would really recommend that they be more clean. Or hire people to specialise in that alone I mean you serving food! Hygiene is very important. ..

My order was incorrect and I had to wait almost 10 minutes in the parking lot for it to be corrected. The reason I used the drive through is because I didnt want to get out of the car with my sleeping child. So I just had to sit and wait for a simple happy meal and 2 slices of cake. To top it all they brought a boy toy after I clearly said its for a girl

Fast and efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Had a drive thru section as well as a sit down section. Sadly the smoking section is outside and no chairs were placed for patrons to used. I cant imagine what would happen to the smokers should it rain as there is no cover!!
