Took a friend for a birthday treat. The massage was tops. The rooms were luxurious, comfortable and dimly lit. The massage therapist was professional and skilled in her job. I wanted her to linger longer in certain places. The 90 mins flew by too quickly. The locker system which can often frustrate at other spas worked well. Overall a lovely experience. Only the Saxon spa tops the Four Season Spa in Johannesburg.

Very comfortable experience, I spent most of the day there in the lounge relaxing after my treatment. The waiters come to you to take your drinks requests while youre relaxing and you can order food from the main kitchen as well, the food takes about 40 minutes, but its sure worth the wait.

The staff is incredibly nice. Honestly loved the 12pm check out time, loved loved loved it. Also, their WhatsApp line is super efficient.

Excellent experience for some luxurious pampering. Highly recommend the couples treatments. The poolside chairs are an excellent way to relax before and after your treatment. The complimentary drinks are an added bonus. Would recommend the spa if you are looking to splash out and treat yourself

Ate there today and everything was amazing, from the staff to the food. The views are spectacular, couldnt ask for better. My Sister, sister in law, niece and I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.

An amazing experience

Experience was beautiful and they made it easy for a foreigner to understand and relax. The spa its self is gorgeous with every enmity you can imagine. I had the Cleopatra treatment and I highly recommend it!

Amazing place

The service is really good here, but its not really a spa that is conducive to much relaxation. Especially the outdoor pool area is on a main busy road. Even though they have tried to block it up with walls - it is still pretty noisy (Cars driving, hooting etc) and you dont get a very relaxed tranquil atmosphere.You can feel that you are in the middle of a city.Would have been much better if the spa was located on the upper side of the hill.

The treatment was good. Though the service from ladies at the reception /hosts was rather unwelcoming and almost bias to some clients and not so much others. There was an incident where I was advised by one of the ladies to go help myself to their facilities upstairs and only be warned atleast 15 minutes later that there was a private function being held there that did not seem private to us at all. The subsequent confrontation from the ladies that manage and work there was disheartening. With no apology or understanding that I am just about a client myself that was misled and deserving of equal protection from them. Courtesy is everything ! Without it and kindness one cannot run a relaxation/therapeutic spa .

Great service and friendly staff

Visited this spa a while ago and I must be honest it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. In a nutshell, the food was stale, the atmosphere loud and restless, the massages terrible and the then spa director Julanda Marais dismissive and cold. Won’t be back.
