Good treatments, however the staff dont seem interested to help my girlfriend went to do her eyelashes and while waiting for an hour my mother wanted to do her nails and they refused and said you have to book, but we were the only 3 in the store for 1 and a half hours.

I visited your Rosebank branch on Wednesday 22 September at 3pm to do my lashes with Thandeka.This was my second visit to your establishment because I did it last month as well as I was very happy as it was great value and good quality for money.After the first time that Michelle did my lashes it lasted the whole month and when I came to do my new lashes last week Thandeka even had to remove some of it before doing the new once.I am highly disappointed that now after a long weekend Shalom at your offices are telling me that there is nothing she can do as a few will shed daily, this is not a few this is basically all my lashes and now she wants to talk of a 3 day policy and this mess that you created which I paid for cannot be fixed !!!I have only been bragging about what a good job you guys did with all my friends only for this to happen and the service that I’m getting from you now is horrendous!!!

Firstly l loved having eyelash extensions-they make such a difference. Mine were done by an experienced lash technician. What l loved about them is that they look natural. I didnt need to use an eyeliner. I Absolutely loved them. The service was great.

Scam,thieves I wish I had the ability to describe how horrible they are in words. So I paid 1395 to get my eyebrows done ( micro-blading) I was told to pay 650 for touch up, then I call in to make my touch up appointment the lady tells me it’s only valid for a year(annual) and that I can’t get it done for 650 but it’s only been 3 months so to make things easy I ask ok how much should I pay she tells me to pay 850 so I agree to it only for her to come back and tell me that I have to pay the full amount again. I don’t understand what type of a scam this place is......

Hmmm. The booking process, signage and directions to the location could do with some work, but the overall service is fantastic. Went to go get eyelash extensions done for the first time, and they came out looking splendid! Removing the lashes was also a breeze. The beauticians there are very professional, which I always appreciate. I would highly recommend this spot for your beauty needs.

This has to be the worst place to micro blade your brows. Dont ever go here to microblade your brows otherwise you will be stuck with so disgusting eyebrows. The pictures on their instagram page does not depict their services. Im stuck with disgusting eye brows and when I complained I was blocked on their Instagram page .

I have never been there

My experience at CoolLookBeauty was overall 15/10. They really exceeded my expectations. Went in for Microblading and the whole process was done in an hour and the beautician was so patient and listened to my every need and advised where necessary. The final outcome was amazing and I will definitely be referring more people and coming back.

If I could give them a minus 1, I would. Their work is trash and their customer service, even worse. Thanks to them I am now walking around with brows that look like they were drawn in. Completely different from what’s on their Instagram. A SCAM!!!

Excellent service through and through!Very friendly and efficient staff.

I went there to do my eyebrows and they got drawn in . so i have ink highlighted all over my brows and it wasnt filled like it was natural as per their adverts on instagram. When i raised the matter up with the Manager called Gracious in Rosebank I got kicked out of the place, they told me they will not compensate me and that I can take them to court if I want to. Their service is bad because until now my issue has not been resolved. They refuse to give me the owners number for me to forward my complaint.

They should stick to lashes because their microblading is trash. They also delete any negative comments and block you if you complain so you only see their best work on their insta. So people don’t see the instances where people leave with brows that look like they were coloured in by a 5 year old. They save their best work for influencers
