Dont even deserve 1 star - A negative review can happen regardless of the quality of your work or how many people love your business and it may not seem like a big deal, especially if most of your customer feedback is positive - but in my case it is negative, my phone conversation with two of the employees were unpleasant and the representative were rude, not accommodating at all. Telephone conversations will shape the callers perception of your company, please try to listen to them, hear them out - i wouldnt have phoned unless i needed assistance regarding material or services rendered. The companies representative was very aggressive in the way the they spoke to me regarding my reason for phoning -giving me a feeling that they just want to get rid of me easiest and quickest way possible, It was disappointing and hope that the employees pay more attention to customer service in trying to help and solve their problems. One thing is for sure - youll never hear from me again and ill rather seek help and service elsewhere.
