Your service and products are kakker than kak. I bought an Aegis Boost pro in June and last week it randomly started switching off and rebooting. Took in, was told to leave it there for a week and they will test. Went to pick , the 2 guys working there told me 2 different stories . Now I have to test it for a week. I really do not have time such rubbish service. Refund my money and if I have to deal with those guys again I am gonna smash their faces in. Thats how livid I am.Please do not patronize me. I would not have brought it in if it was not acting up. First day I should have been told to bring in the box. Its costing me time and money to drive up and down

Always friendly and helpful, my go-to vape store.

Bought 2 devices both broke due to factory faults and vape king will not refund. My best advice shop elsewhere as these guys know nothing about customer service. There is a reason they have such a bad name in the industry. They will not honor their guarantees. Spend your money elsewhere.

This Vape King is an exceptional store. I have accompanied my son on numerous occasions to Vape King and everytime the owner has taken great lenghts to help my son with advice on new purchases for his Vape, New deals availble, specials and great deals on Vape Fluid flavours. I am not a Vapour but the owners help in setting up the new Vape components is very commendable. Really a great store, run by guys who care who are committed to service. Well done. For Jhb vapours this is your go to store and guy.

Great vibe, theres a pool table where you can play for free. There is also a bar/mini restaurant...The drinks are a bit over priced but the food is well priced. If I had one criticism it would be that it closes to early 6pm is when the place if better advertised would get the after work crowd. Anyway they said they at aiming to be able to close later soon.

The guys are very helpful and insightful. They are always willing to help and the shop is very well kept.

Love the massive space quite big for a vapr competition.The staff is very efficient and helpful.The shop is a little hidden so just check for the butchery and vape king will be right next to it.

Very helpfull staff with great recommendations for both veterans and beginners, usually have stock of what you need and the store itself is a great place to chill and play a game of pool and have a drink with mates.

Very cool place with lots to do, great staff, pool table, drinks available, food can be ordered and videos playing on at least 3 screens whats not to like 😆 more than just a vape lounge.

Super friendly staff. Greet you with a handshake, even if its your first time there. Once they know your name, you are family. They treat you like a long lost friend. Their knowledge of the different vape flavours and vape tanks is 110%. There prices are reasonable and will help you with anything you need. Their property was a bit difficult to find at first as they are downstairs and tucked away. Definately going back there soon.

Awesome place to get started in vaping or even top end products they also try make sure they have a taster for most of the flavors they have and there is a wide variety of flavors. There is also a pool table TV lounge area and resturant nice big shop and awesome staff.

Amanda has been super helpful from day 1 Vape King Craighall has always been supportive of their customers my first vape I brought back the Second day of use because it just wasn’t for me wanted a pod system and they returned it with no hostility whatsoever rather guided me as to what might work for me :) 2 voopoo caliber’s 1 vladdin pod 1 Drag 2 and waiting for the Smok Nord to be in store :) 100% will recommend anyone to them, it doesn’t feel like a job or transaction when speaking to them, they give off the vibe they want to be there to help.
