It is an indescribable pleasure being part of English Access Gauteng.EAG is located in a really pleasant environment and it has very good and encouraging features....Experienced advice and support given at all times with no hesitation.Very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly staff. In my opinion, no other English course can adequately portray the marvelous variety and magnificence of English Access Gauteng. THANK you EAG for helping me gain confidence in speaking English!
Definitely hands on when comparing TEFL courses to others. Prepared me perfectly for the reality of TEFL and teaching foreign languages. I tried an online course prior but did not cut it when looking for jobs
A great TEFL program which gave me the confidence to step into the real world of teaching. I am glad I chose this in-classroom course as it provided me with endless opportunities with schools, including private. Thank you EAG
Good school with a park , lovely place
The new management boosted the quality of the school. Great teachers, quality classes. Very nice place and environment. Very international and extremely nice people. Absolutely to be recommended! Just check out the website.
If you want to learn English, I dont recommend you to this school. There are two reasons. First, teachers ask for leave at least three times a month. Once she took the day off, the class was fun. You wont learn anything that day .On the other hand, theres a double standard if youre Asian and if youre told you dont have to come to class that week the school wont give you that money. Finally, teachers are often late for class. You pay 9,000 yuan and you dont learn a lot. You end up with half of your books in two months of a semester.Facts speak louder than words, and people have a sense of natural justice.
Glad I chose this school. I learnt a lot and made good new friends. Sandton is a beautiful place and the park the school is on is the best
Very nice spot, heavily used by families and dog walkers. Horse stables aswell, that do kids rides. Cafe is pretty good. River stinks, usually. And opposite bank is a heavily used mountain bike route and squatter camp.
Along the river with big open fields, a great place to walk your dog (no leash park) or play a field game with the family. There are various places to sit and braai but many are run down. A restaurant is located on the premises and a recreation centre offering various activities
Brilliant school
A very good school, with the best teachers and friendliness. Recommend to learn English here
Nice dog park. Lots of dogs off leash so make sure your dog is sociable. Friendly security there all night.
Amazing, I loved learning English here... And recommend people to apply to learn English... At English Access Gauteng
Had a super nice time studying here and met great people with a really good teacher. Set in a beautiful environment
Super organised and hands on TEFL course! Has opened up a world of opportunity for me. Thanks EAG
Play bridge there. Lots of other activities. River cafe is fabulous!
Great park for walking your dogs off lead. Unfortunately some dog walkers do not watch there dogs and they interfere with your dogs.
Very nice park, people were picnicking here, there were dog walkers (some dogs not on leashes so you need to be careful), there are jungle gyms for the kids, and a cafe as well which we will try next time
Loved the place where kids can run and enjoy themselves while we sit and have coffee and simple meals.
You can take kids for horse riding.. Braii facilities available.. Kids jungle gym is available.. if you looking for a place for taking your dog for walk its a nice place.. Also you can chill at River café and restaurant.. havent experienced any safety problems.
Nice place to relax, take the kids and have a braai or picnic. There is a river and play area for the kids
This is a very good recreation facility for recreation activities, tea time and more.
Theres a very beautiful big park on its door step and a restaurant
Large park with lovely playground for children. The field market is held here once a month.
I attended an eight week TEFL course that ended in April this year through English Access. The course administration from day one has been a nightmare. I have yet to receive a time table and the course is over. At the end of the program we were told as a group of students that we would receive our recommendation letters and certificates. The lecturer then hops on a plane and went to Paris without giving us information. We then found out that the course was not credible as the Hours We had done are insufficient. The lecturer informed us that the school had not paid him. Im the only one out of the entire group that is fighting back as Im still paying off the course. Yet everyone signed a letter to Ea stating our disappointment.I was promised never the less that I would receive a letter of recommendation and a letter stating that I completed the course with my mark allocation. I was told by Annette the administration lady that I cannot get the letter as Kai promised infront of the group. The course cost R9000 and we have to go back to complete the practical hours that were supposed to be all inclusive. This is fraud and false advertising. After having a meeting many of the group members have given in as they need the certificate and some have chosen to not affiliate themselves with English Access. As I am still paying I am stuck because I have no certificate or proof of completing the course. I have asked to be contacted by Kai and I am still waiting. I want my certificate and all of my money back. English Access are money hungry fraudsters whose promises and delivery standards are chalk and cheese. In order to be noted as a TEFL teacher, there are a certain amount of practical hours that need to be done in front of real ESL students. The shoddy lecturer took a short cut and didnt inform us of the negative implications of this. We conducted lectures in front of fellow students. R9000 for the course, some of my colleagues let it slide and are now attending practices in addition to the above expenses. I continue to pay, knowing that the TEFL certificate is not 100% credible, I have asked for a refund and am subsequently being ignored by KAI DREWS of English access who was very happy to follow up when he wanted to take my money, but now that I want it back he is MUM
