WORST DRY CLEANING SERVICE EVER!As a word of mouth referral (and against my better judgement) I opted to send my designer tailored two-piece Grey suit in for dry cleaning services with the hope of not only getting professional service but also supporting a local SME (as opposed to my regular Big name Levingers brand). From the day I gave it in I experienced poor customer service including but not limited to unprofessional service delivery, late delivery without communication, poor quality of work especially with regards to cleaning and dry cleaning, terrible customer care and telephone etiquette by management and all in all THE WORST POSSIBLE experience in this industry! Having attempted to discuss the above matter at hand with an individual at the said organization, I was met with an abrasive, unprofessional and uninformed attitude - clearly a disregard not only for professionalism but one more of a BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENT! The mentioned individual was incompetent to say the least (possibly owing to her abrasive and rude attitude and mannerisms) but TOTALLY ABDICATED duties and responsibility as a business and/or service provider but also failed to understand the basic lack of due care, service delivery and/or rights afforded to CONSUMERS like myself in South Africa!Unprofessional, lack of customer service, abdication of basic and due care when rendering service - AS AN ORGANISATION AND OVERALL SERVICE PROVIDED - ALL THE WORST POSSIBLE OPTION FOR A DRY CLEANING SERVICE - STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER LOOKING FOR GOOD QUALITY SERVICE DELIVERY!Needless to say...R110 (price of service) vs damage done to >R7,500 Quality Designer Suit = ABSOLUTE DISASTER! As a result...this event is a tough lesson learnt...but fortunately there are forums (PUBLIC ONES (ESPECIALLY SOCIAL MEDIA AND INTERNET BASED CHANNELS) WHICH ARE FREE, ombudsman, regulatory bodies, etc at a CONSUMERS disposal to not only raise awareness but seek recourse! I will be posting this review and seeking alternative recourse afforded to me in terms of the law against the said business and/or its employee/management!A DEFINITELY NO TO RECOMMENDING THIS BUSINESS AS A SERVICE PROVIDER!

Spee Dee dry cleaners can clean anything from evening dresses to working overalls and curtains.very reliable.

They have great service,and good customer care.
