I just called in to booking an appointment. only to be told that I have to call back again later as the receptionists are gonna be in late due to traffic. It should not be the patients problem as to whos gonna be in late or early. Dr Khaleels staff must be organised with time, otherwise whats the point of telling ppl ur opening at 8am when your not even sure if going to be able to make it on time to facilitate booking of appointments from the time of opening. Very unprofessional for a first impression. BAD SERVICE!!!!

Most unprofessional staff I have ever met.if you book an appointment make sure you come an hour late so you wont waste your time. Dont bother complaining because I think they are used to it. I left after 1 hour of waiting and after 30min of leaving,the receptionist called me and told me Im next😂.If the doctors Staff are this unorganized and unprofessional I dont expect the doctor to be any better.
