I was very disappointed with the poor service received at the medical centre yesterday 15 July. Firstly I found the 2 receptionist chatting when arrived and the totally ignored me till they were done. I then requested for a female doctor as I have experienced poor service from Dr Eybers in the past who hardly give details of the diagnosis and usually insist that it is no serious even when a patient is clearly unwell. After waiting for 45min, Dr Eybers came out and picked my file and asked that I come to his office. He told me that my dizziness, light-headedness and low blood pressure is normal and there is nothing he can prescribe or do for me so I should carry on as usual. What a nerve. After paying R420, I got no assistance. I must say there are nice doctors like Dr Tait who takes her time to examine her patients and advice accordingly. Never setting foot there again. What a waste of money.

Went to see Dr. van der Westhuizen with chickenpox what I already know I have and the Dr himself had the nerve to tell me that: theres nothing he can give me or that he can do its what suppose to happen what the hell driving from soweto going to hell with no medication given. Doesnt deserve even a star had no choice had to voice my frustrations. Charging me for telling me what I know mxm!!!
