Just called the Surgery and the receptionist is so rude and you are not allowed to speak to the doctor , I need my chronic script renewed and not comfortable going into the surgery , I was told that the doctor will not be able to email me a new script I will have to go into the practice. When I asked to speak or email the doctor directly she rudely said thats not possible . Time are changing and the practice should be willing to do virtual consultation.The doctor must be losing so many patients because of the receptionistDisappointed and Frustrated

Wow Im lost for words, I actually thought patients exaggerated with their reviews. I actually wonder if the doctor looks at these reviews to see what patients are experiencing when they come to him unwell. I am disgusted in the manner that the receptionist treats patients the arrogant tone that she displays is totally unacceptable. I hope the doctor addresses the matter.

The receptionist acts as if she owns the practice.extremely arrogant woman. Poor service from her .she doesnt know what she is doing and she has no way of talking to people

Superb doctor. Genuine helpful gentleman attentive ... I cannot think of enough words to say how brilliant Dr Govender is. I am a patient for several years and no complaints 😁

Very friendly staff, helpful, accommodate most medical aids and help in getting information for procedures etc... the doctor takes his time with patients, listens to everything and is very thorough in his examinations. They dont take appointments it is a walk in clinic so expect a slight wait specially after 2pm with an almost negligible wait before noon.

The receptionist at this Drs rooms is disgustingly rude. Has no respect for patients at all. She has no telephone etiquette she lacks communication skills.

Rude reception staff with absolutely no sense of professionalism or customer service. I am absolutely appalled by the manner in which they interact with patients.

Caring and considerate Dr and always a pleasure to see him.

Extremely rude and aggressive receptionist - unpleasant way of speaking to the patients. I am shocked that the Dr allows this type of behavior in his practice. This is a huge reason why I wont go back to the Dr. Pitty been with him for years!
