Impossible to get hold of them. I have phoned 20+ times, sent multiple emails, etc. - I am trying to pay a fine, obviously they dont need the money...

I just went to collect my licence. The woman pointed at my paperwork with no greeting. She fetched something and said “sign “ and “sign” indicating two spots on a paper , and after I had signed, handed me my licence.I repressed my urge to thank her, and left.Of this my daughter said: “Just image how it must be to WANT to be so nasty.You get to move on, she doesn’t”. And I agree.

Disable parking was block by a nother car when I ask offersers he said I have to move or get a fine but nothing is done about the other car nobody is doing nothing about even by the trafic people standing talking and not doing there work at 10 oclock in the morning there were 8 of them

Please update your website. You cannot say your open on the site only to get there closed. I drove all the way for nothing to get a replacement drivers license. I cannot be on the road without a drivers license

My friend went for her license today with the most inappropriate and rude driver (Betty), the woman had such a bad attitude toward her and was on the phone while my friend took the test ? How can she be the person to fail or pass you but shes on her phone and cant even have a bit of respect, she pathetic and should get fired. The best of all is my friend had to wait 2 hours to actually get her license papers because this Betty was so childish she didnt tell my friend to go to the office and get put on the system.
