Absolutely disgusted with this... Ive called multiple times and my call has been dropped every time. How can you expect to get education right in this country if you yourself cant even do something as simple as answer a phone.

When is the e-platform going to be available? FEDSAS did warn us that this is going to happen!! Your website still reads 10:00, maybe you should provide a more realistic and updated time?

I would give a negative rating if possible. Staff are unfriendly and make as if they are doing you a favour. Number 1, I pay my taxes so they can have a job and number 2, I pay for the service they are offering. I requested that my Matric Certificate be posted and I have still not received anything. This was 4 months ago. Judging by other peoples reviews, I am not even going to bother phoning because it seems like a waste of time. I guess I will have to take leave from work to physically go there to get my certificate. I wish some people would actually do their jobs, but I guess in government organisations you dont really need to do your job.

Poor service no school for my child from 2016 now is 2017,useless department

Roseneath Primary School in Parktown has a very rude white lady at the accounts office. She is even refusing to place students in classes because the fees are not up to date. Is this allowed by the department to kick kids out of school due to fees????

Nothing been phoning for 2 months they answer then phone the machine and then on hold and thats the end

Sedibeng district department of education playing me tricks since the year 2016 Jan.the can not pay my arrears for qualification. I am stuck.when I go to Head office they have not submitted anything concerning my pay but they claim to have done so. where can I get help? worse part they terminated my contract by saying they do not hire foreigners anymore

Very disappointed on Phumlong secondary, they gave our our kids tablet,and said they will be not responsible for any loss or damage , now they say we must pay back those tab, they hold the results.please Mr Lesufi do something
