I COULD NOT GET HOLD OF ANY ONE,THE PHONE KEPT ON RINGING

Couldnt get much help because my son was at private school. So he said Its out of there hands, plus Im not in a correct region, but still if I got to Omonde I will still get the same treatment. So its bad nje it doesnt even deserve a star at all. Thank you

Great service and they try to assist everyone they possibly can to their best ability

There was nobody in the offices during office hours. The security officer at the front desk could give us no direct indication as to when there would be anyone there.

Poor service, no parking and not much help. Staff dont really care as long as they get to go home at the end of the day. That is my personal experience so it shouldnt only be judged on my few experiences

The new location and offices look great.

I didnt make it passed reception.Was this with my boys because the school in my residential area would not admit my 8 year old to the 4th grade. They asked me to go to the department to enquire. I was met by a long cue of frustrated parents outside. The lady at reception pointed me in the direction of an assistant, who basically told me to go back to the school and ask for an admission form. When I got to the school they sent me back to the department.

Not helpful at all. They said that theres no CAPS documents they are finished how can the entire building of DOE be out of CAPS documents. Most frustrating place ever full of incompetent people

Not very helpful we have been standing on the line since 6:00 and no 1 is saying anything to us but they are the 1s who sent us sms to come and find out about the schools registration for next year.
